Summer Food Service Programs

The Jacksonville Children’s Commission is Duval County’s largest sponsor of the Summer Food Service Program and the second largest in the state of Florida. With nearly 200 sites located throughout the city, children in neighborhoods and summer camps will have access to free and nutritious snacks and lunches five days a week, from June through August. Program serving sites are offered in neighborhood parks, community centers, libraries, schools, hospitals, churches, apartment complexes and other community locations.
